Hi Vendit, I don't really know how this thread works, but I have a question perhaps you can answer. A company that I follow recently moved from the Nasdaq market to the Nasdaq small cap. U.S.-China Industrial Exchange Moves Trading to NASDAQ Smallcap biz.yahoo.com They probably did this because their asset base fell below Nasdaq requirements. The question is, what, if any, are the implications of the move on the share price, liquidity, etc.? Should I care, as an investor, that this has happened? Elroy
