Hey Blackie,

I have made a negative post or two about NPEC but nothing on the telephony that I remember. I think bungling the oil thing is what I complained about mostly. I have always said that the downturn in copper prices and other metals can't be blamed on our management--and those are the metals you buy most mining stock for. Until Vince explained what it is exactly that telephony is a few posts ago, I didn't get the concept. I guess I knew in December that .02 a share for NPEC was a good speculation and chance to average way down, but I'd averaged down several times and so bottom fished another play which I think will rival NPEC. However, NPEC is looking tough to rival at this point. --Al
