Khris and all- This request for information sent today.
Dear Mr Tam Cheuk Ho;
This email is directed to you in your position as Chief Financial Officer and Director of China Resource Development. In introduction of myself, my name is Douglas A Grier. I am one of the small investors in stock of CHRB, which is listed on the US NASD.
Your position as Chief Financial Officer and Director and your almost 2 « years with the Company put you in the position to best answer my questions concerning my current stock position and the evaluation of future stock investment with the Company. I know this is an extremely busy time for your office with both the end of the year report 96 and first ¬ financials for 97 being posted soon, but I hope you can take the time to answer my questions.
The methods used to raise $ in the past by the Company have caused 1$ of investors money to be worth .03 today. No dispute, not good. Any hint of such continuing disregard for the shareholders will be disaster for my position and the Companies ability to be listed in the US. Has this real and perceived aspect of the Company story changed? Following is a brief series of questions to help me evaluate my position, current and future.
#1 My foremost question is, to your knowledge, have you, or Mr. Li Shunxing, or Mr. Yang Jiangang, or Mr. Wang Faren, or Mr. Han Jian Zhun, or Mr. Zhang Yibing, or Mr Edward Wong bought any shares of chrb for your personal accounts?
#2 Do you see the need for or are you planning capital infusion from outside the Company in year 1997?
#3 Is it possible to visit your office in Hong Kong? Is it possible to visit your operation on Hainan?
When I was younger I used to visit Hong Kong. Love your city. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.
Thank you for your time, CHRB supporter and stock holder,
Douglas A Grier |
