Annual report, proxy and quarter released to Sedar today. sedar.com "Recognizing the success in increasing shareholder value that other junior resource issuers had experienced by investing in the internet/e-commerce sector, management resolved that it would broaden its search for investment opportunities to include such a sector. The company feels that this represents a good opportunity to not only realize an increase in the value of its shares, but also to establish a presence in a market that promises to grow significantly in both the short and long term" "the company has examined a number of promising prospects and expects to make an investment decision in the near future." According to the Quarter the still have $11.7 million in cash, $1.5 million due from BVG and $150,000 in accound rec. and no dept. That is almost .40/share. Best Regards KEITH
