William, there may well be resistance. But the fact that they've been showing samples for years does not necessarily prove there is resistance. The big hurdle has been the ability to mass-produce the product.

As of April 98, Lev said they would be not be able to manufacture in "really high" volume until 1999.

As of last August, they were still finishing a "complete redesign" (in Lev's words) of their first assembly line.

As of the end of the year, they had not yet shipped samples "in earnest."

The lack of OEM orders to date is due to the fact that they have been unable (to date) to mass produce product that meets OEM specifications (IMO). From all the circumstantial evidence of late, it appears they now are able to mass-produce product. A PO will be the confirmation of this circumstantial evidence.
