A summary of the "good news" is as follows: May 26, 1999 - Landed a DNC contract with Jet Propulsion Labs (JPL) in California. May 21, 1999 - Supplied background information to Daniel Rhodes of Lages & Associates (CA) for a future article in Fortune Magazine on Memex's first inter-continental CNC monitoring event. May 20, 1999 - Landed another DNC system upgrade deal with Dana Canada (Distex Brake Parts) in Toronto. May 13, 1999 - Memex President Tom Gaasenbeek met with, and further advanced negotiations for the exclusive supply of DNC and information system to an east coast U.S. military base. May 11, 1999 - Came to an "agreement in principle" for the supply of Memex made ETA controls to an East Coast machine tool OEM - official "Letter of Intent" for this major deal to follow.
