If there is a spat, and if that is the crux of the matter, then I'd side with CNBC. They've made similar statements about most IPOs, iNut or not.

And they really trashed the DLJ Direct tracking stock IPO. Relative to that one, they gave the impression that, on a relative basis only, investors in other iNuts were genii. ;-)
