My clinic also does HMO but for outside insurance like me they tend to over treat. I will say that when I had my chest pains 20 minutes after I called I was in the dr.'s office hooked to an EKG and 15 minutes of that was drive time. Also if I want to talk to my I can call between 1 and 1:30 Monday through Friday.
