I find this on another thread and thought you share holders would be interested in this: Entertainer Randy Jackson faces arrest in bankruptcy LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A federal judge issued an arrest warrant Friday for entertainer Randy Jackson, brother of superstars Michael and Janet Jackson, for failing to comply with a court order in a bankruptcy case. U.S. District Judge Audrey B. Collins ordered Jackson arrested for failing to turn over his nearly 12 million shares of Modern Records Inc. (OTC BB:MDNR - news), the company he controls with other members of the famous Jackson family. ''The United States Marshal is directed upon receipt of ... this order to arrest and hold in custody Randy Jackson,'' Collins said in a written ruling.'' Jackson was ordered to turn over the stock to settle a $1.8 million bankruptcy judgment obtained in a New Jersey court against Modern Records by HVV Corp. Two Rolls-Royces and a grand piano that Michael Jackson used to write songs for his hit album ''Thriller'' were previously seized to satisfy the judgment.
