Eric,

Those were very comforting words after the bad news.
I wonder if it is really that bad. I expected this type of outcome, and we all knew they were short of captial, hence the VTEL merger. I see their R&D brewing a high potency elixir which will pull them out of the financial abyss and VTEL will be hanging for the ride.
