What is the status of the receivership? We have heard PJTV state before that the lawsuit would not prevent them from shipping but then we read that things might get held up by a Receiver until litigation is settled. None of this made sense but with this ongoing lawsuit problem, I would like to know on what basis can PJTV say they are going to ship the tv definitly now. Did the receiver decide that the DHT could be legally shipped. Or, as was what Dolgoff stated in his press release, and which PJTV claimed as not being accurate, in fact not correct regarding the legal situation. (blah blah blah) Certainly we shareholders are hoping some of these problems are behind them for now. But do we know this from a legal point of view? Can anyone comment or add more light?
