Agreed that CNBC can't cause any lasting change to the value of the market or any specific company.

However, if you remember Dan Dorfman, CNBC can and did regularly influence the price of microcaps.

Every now and again, Joe and Dave play that same game.

But for the most part, they've stayed away from the microcaps.
