OK I'm NOT crazy. It still doesn't work in my 98 install. I think it's because ie5's registration is screwed up: it won't start anymore from an email url link or a WebFerret link.

I would have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but at the same time that it became unregistered it also became un-uninstallable. (This all happened right before I made my drive image <g> and right before I discovered the problem. I think it had to do with me changing the shortcut and icon in the "quick-launch" folder). If anyone happens to know the location of this setting in the registry I'd be grateful.
