3) Road Shows: Las Vegas update
Due to the upcoming launch of our commerce site as well as all of the interest generated at the RIBA conference, we have decided not to
participate at the Las Vegas Money Show (June 7-9). For any of you who had requested a meeting with us, we apologize for the

5) A few FAQ's on June 15th Commerce launch & acquisitions
Q - Will the HHD site will be operational on June 15 for product sales?
A – We are still on track for June 15th with approximately 400 products available. Prices, types of products offered and other details will be
announced at a later date.
Q - Will the new portal featured at RIBA in Orlando be an add-on to the existing HHD site?
A - As we merge our corporate intranet, member service & support systems along with access (from home & showroom through dial-up &
satellite,) the portal will be the primary first look for visitors to our site. The current site most likely will go through some changes and drop
down a level to be our company info location.
Q - If the announced acquisitions don't close before June 15, would HHD.com be on schedule to become operational on June 15?
A - Our launch date is not affected by the acquisitions.
Q – How are the acquisitions being paid for?
A - All of our acquisitions include a minimum amount of cash and any stock requirements are restricted shares which are delivered over time
based on a specific formula.
Q - What is the status of the pending acquisitions?
A - We usually don't comment beyond what is available in our press releases. It is in our best interest to share good, accurate news with
