This is going to be the stupidest and quickest experiment to fail... watchg noone will care US comopanies will be close d and what news will propel the stocks up or down and how does that effect anyone ..Brokerage firms will be the fiorst to rebuff this idea..ECN's just want more money on each trade and noone will play..itsd stupid and it wont work because nobody cares...
