Xlsw is somewhat undervalued imo. (i do not own any yet)
Telcom equip sector is 6th strongest out of 200 tracked by Investor's Bus Daily.

I own some catt and it has done well. Is xlsw simply overlooked right now? Or is it the recent acquisitions?

Any opinions?
