Ron, I got my ROH proxy today. Frankly, I think the write up is crap and will probably vote no. They specifically talk about selling HEC, and beat their chest as having a "sound track record for acquiring , operating and adding value to oil and gas properties". If they had such a record the stock would be high, not low. Also, saying that they will dump the HEC can't be helping maintain HEC's share price. This write-up reads like amateur hour IMO. What do you think?
