Z, All I can say at this point in time is that financing is being secured so that the company can go out and raise its reserves as they can be bought on the cheap now. Anything can be bought on the cheap. Stategically this is very important. In the meantime, they are nicely cash flow positive. How many others can say that? These backers were well known in the industry and believe Andre St-Michel is the man to do some very successful things and they are comfortable that their money is very secure. Bill
