Hi Evan, The listing on NASDAQ proper should occur anytime during the next month, as a big six firm is finishing the final audits of the new Charter/ Phoenix, and now Overlook Comm. There are only two or three mkt makers now, so this is part of the reason for the spread...also, the float is only 800,000 or so! The stock settled at $9.25 the other day, and today settled at about $7.00 on much lower than average volume. This is a wonderful story, and I expect management to reward patient shareholders, especially if the CEO can repeat his past success and pull off another World Comm!!
