I don't know but here's the article: NEW YORK, March 13 (Reuter) - Projectavision Inc <PLTV.O> said Thursday that producion of the company's new Digital Home Theater is proceeding on schedule. The company stated there is no claim in a pending lawsuit that would prevent it from manufacturing, selling or shipping its Digital Home Theater televisions. Those televisions are scheduled to begin selling in New York area stores within weeks, said the compnay. The principal in the lawsuit, Euguene Dolgoff, is a founder of Projectavision no longer with the company. He could not be immediately reached for comment. REUTER Rtr 10:53 03-13-97
