Now that Valence's manufacturing process is well under control, I think producing these batteries will be much simpler than producing a laptop. Valence relies mostly on outside raw materials which they process themselves, rather than outside manufactured products such as chips, stampings, power supplies, etc. That's what complicates the inventories and the schedules, and where the difficulty lies in integrating everyone else's manufacturing glitches into the laptop product. I think you're comparing apples to peaches, both fruit, but not the same.
