Tai,
Yes, I would be happy to do that it's going to have to be a little later in the weekend, since I'm holding up dinner and am possibly going to be in real trouble (worse than 5 pts underwater in YHOO:) if I continue on Si right now ;-)
I spent a lot of time trading with 'Watcher' and ATTN, using ISLD to "play market maker" before beginning to use ARCA, so that gave me a head start.
The key is, you have to understand the inside market, where to place your orders, and how to time the orders, vs the momentum in the stock (it's movement). It's definitely a split-second sort of thing, a rythym. I will make a post once I have a little time to do it justice. I enjoy "making the spread" in the NASDAQs, by buying on (or near) the bid and selling on the offer, using ARCA. Essentially, "playing market maker", as Broadway trading describes it in their excellent books and seminars.
ISLD is also an very good ECN for this sort of thing, of course I use it too. Different strengths.
Regards,
