Time will tell! I'm not convinced that the selling was attributable to frustrated longs just because I think they would have got out in December (price higher only in the two years prior). Looks like there was some tax loss selling in that month and a subsequent spike on news that DRL hired banking advisors would have also provided an opportunity to get out. Although, it is possible some of the longs held (because DRL hired advisors) on the anticipation DRL would be up for sale and they might get a better price. Or that DRL, with help from the advisors, would get their house in order. However I would think that a $500 million deal signed with Boeing would be a strong indication that DRL is getting their house in order! Well, hope it's not a takeover because it's real disappointing to see decent companies with real potential getting absorbed by other companies, even if the price is right.

Regards, t.
