Here's another... does the stocks has to be under Wade Cook theory to be a rolling stocks... an example, GIFS.... it might not be a pure rolling stocks but it sure is on the bottom right now... its high resistance level is $3.00.... there are major news that will be release anytime now...and it will move this stock upward and stopping before the upper resistance... so check the GIFS charts and the thread here in Silicon Invtr.. just a thought foOlish eL..
