Pat and others: Do you have any idea why Com21 is not developing DOCSIS CMTS? Wouldn't that hurt its revenue opportunities as cable operators look for DOCSIS compliant equipment? Also, with DOCSIS cable modems expected to be available retail by the end of the year, cable companies will no longer have control over which brand a subscriber chooses to purchase (for example, in the Ithaca, NY area, Roadrunner uses Motorola). In such a scenario, I'm worried that cable modems will become commodities (like the analog modems) and thus subject to intense pricing pressure, When I walk into CompUSA, two variables factor into my purchasing decision: price and brand. Unfortunately, Com21 does not have the customer brand awareness as with Motorola, 3Com, or Nortel.

Also, could Terayon's proprietary S-CDMA technology being developed into DOCSIS1.2 standard be the reason for such a huge discrepancy in the market cap of the two companies? How do you see that affect Com21's bottomline?

Again, thanks in advance for your keen insights.
