What an outstanding site. I love the little swimming bacteria. If only more of the web was like that. Anyway, I (possessing a portfolio of mostly small tech and biotech companies) have come to realize from what I see happening and what I read that the small caps are in a bear. Forget the Dow and the S&P 500--I saw that 70 percent of the S&P 500 increase last year was among the top 50 or so stocks. I think we have the 90's version of the Nifty 50 going on. If our stocks make money and grow earnings we should be rewarded. When this reward will occur is not going to be a rational decision. Quidel could help itself by doing all it can to improve margins--ICUI and others have comparable sales and higher profits--but the potential for so much more is here and I'm going to hang around.
