Anthony@Pacific I am contacting the SEC on 6/1/99 to ask why you can publically state that MDHM is a scam. Furthermore, I have today faxed to the Texas State Attorney General's office an compliant about consumer fraud and possibly interstate fraud. Additionally, I have contacted Channel 5 News in Dallas and relayed the information you submitted about MDHM being a scam. If you are correct, you are to be congratulated. If you are attempting to do otherwise, I have also asked my father in law, an ex-FBI agent, to study what can be done about deceitful information being presented on this thread. Are there any persons on this thread who might be interested in a group campaign to a congressman in my distict regarding the rights of MDHM longs on this thread and what shorts or "don't buys" can say??? This guy is stating what in my opinion is fraud by saying MDHM is a scam...Is there proof of what he says???
