Doug, Could this be a way AROUND E-DATA? I haven't read the patent in its entirety, but I remember somebody's comment that it covers the IMMEDIATE exchange of money (credit card) and data. If you purchased a "TOKEN", and then used it to download software from ELSI later, this might not be covered. Just curious what you make of this??? Regards, TJA
