Ian, you forgot to mention that if a real large move to 300 mm occur, one way to play it might be with the only pure play wafer producer, WFR, of course, WFR has its problems, but a lot of these could be solved if rapid deployment of the 300 mm occurs. I was also surprised you did not mention metrology companies that provide the in line process quality control, one I like is VECO (it also has some other activities more related to the DD manufacturers, but that is a second play).
