Take acidophius and I don't think you'll feel "off your feed." It entirely spares me the unpleasant side effects of antibiotics, and has done the same for many friends of mine, who now bless my very name. Now my doctor tells all his patients about it. I'll bet you anything that if your sister takes acidophilus caps, and douches with them or does the yoghurt thing, she doesn't get the yeast infection.
