david,
the $3000 figure is outdated, but non-the-less, you made a very good point since any figure will be a lot if you think the co. goes belly-up in a month.

but how can you fold a company with so much a stake, when the only problem seems to be is management?
i don't think this company is going down the drain, nor do i think the people who really need the phone will think the company that will spend much of next month on marketing will go bankrupt at the end of the month.

as to their other problems, if you remember the cellular days of 5 years ago (when you're the only one on the block with a cell phone), you will remember the breaking calls and bad and expensive phones. sometimes you have to take it when the phone is a necessity, as it's with the army, and with today's intensive global pressure/markets, many top executives.

now, with a lower price/phone+minutes, imo it will be able to attract a wider market quicker.

what really strikes me is why did they wait till the last minute to clean the top. this is just beyond my thinking. i think the blame should also go to the creditors for not keeping up to date with the company. as to ousted cfo, i hope he pays back any money he made after selling his stock. this is just a shame.

nice weekend, marty
