I think you know that Lucent developed PAC & then enhanced it to be EPAC.

Now, if they developed it, don't you think that they had to write some software in order to do it? After all, that's what it is! Software!

As far as other companies wanting to use EPAC, Lucent has software for Encoding & Playing which will probably be available to them for FREE for use on the Internet.
(I don't know that for sure... but 'probably')

If LU's software wants to be a part of a hardware Player, I would think LU would get a royalty for it's use.
(that goes for EDIG also!)

Do us all a real favor, get some HELP!
