What e-mail? ("As I stated in my email to you,...").

I received no e-mail from you - only the spam.

BTW, I did NOT receive the spam at the address listed in my profile here on SI. I received it at an account that I NEVER use to sign up for anything online, since it is not a personal account, but an admin account for a web site. It is very unlikely that a friend would "sign me up" at that address, since few people would associate me with that address.

Aren't YOU jumping to conclusions, now? It wasn't me. I sent a very polite e-mail to your ISP. In fact, it was more polite than my usual spam response. I usually ask the ISP to terminate the offender's account. In your case, since I knew it was a brokerage house and the ISP was unlikely to do that, I simply asked them to assure that their customer stopped engaging in spamming.

If you received a vulger e-mail from somebody complaining about spam, I would assume that I am not the only one "accidently" on your mailing list.
