Jeff-If you are indeed a 6 year investor in this junky stock and still think it will ever hit $5 even with its dilution of both shares and assets, you are in need of having the court appoint a guardian over your person and your assets: you cannot possibly be expected to be responsible for yourself.

Then again, on an Internet bulletin board like this, why should anyone believe a six year investor of a trashed stock would have anything nice to say about it.

On Friday, about $4,000 worth of this stock was traded throughout the world. In other words, nobody really bought or sold very much of the stock; the market makers simply moved it from one pocket to another. You who bash me for pointing out that NUOA should rightfully change its symbol to POS surely could not have been accumulating very much of the stock because it is a dead issue.

The history of the company is that shareholders are treated like inconsequential nuisances, and Wall Street laughs at companies like this. Even if something worthwhile happened to the business of NUOA, it is clear the NUOA shareholders would surely see no benefit.

The bottom line is that we have more shares outstanding, and far fewer assets--and our assets are shrinking daily.

I suppose you guys think that a forum like this should be confined to posting parties who love the stocks. If so, we do not share a common view.

Ironically, the other places on SI where I posted a warning turned out to be also places where events proved my opinion was accurate.
