Dear Anders Gilberg,

Im really glad your up some money...I think the challenge at this point
(especially for me, since I have happy fingers!!) is to keep a core
position as long as the story remains intact!! If Dave Olsen (Charter's
CEO) can give us anything close to another World Comm., than we have
only seen the beginning of the proverbial "ten bagger." Since Ive never
experienced one, this would be a great first!!

As you know, CHRT made yet another acqusition the other day, doubling
in size with its purchase of long distance provider Overlook Communi-
cations. That day, the stock closed at $9.25, on terrific volume.
Today, the stock closed at $6.50 on VERY low volume (9000 shares).

Yes, I cant help thinking, "should I have sold half my position at
$8.50?" (It did trade 8 1/2 bid). I was lucky enough to find out
this story early, and I hope I can hang on. When the stock begins
trading on NASDAQ in the next couple of weeks or so, all it will take
is ONE new institution to buy in, and the stock (with its tiny float)
will be off to the moon.

Take care, and keep me posted!

-Keith-
