I wonder how many others out there have heard the information that I heard. I am only a lowly graduate student, but surely most of the professors in the MS and neurodegenerative community know this info now, if it is true. since many academics are savvy investors (they have to be, on their salaries!), perhaps the word has gotten out and all of these people are selling/shorting. Another potential cause of the selling may be their reduced cash flow -- they seem to be running out of cash. If that is the case then perhaps investors anticipate them increasing their debt load or diluting the stock with more shares.
