Leased or owned,last few years has seen many carriers exit ownership
of towers and creation of several public consolidators. How much
colocation I am not sure but Sidgmore does believe MDS will not be
strictly limited to LOS. Clarity on the subject may need to await
vendor announcements not so much at Supercomm but around smaller June
and July forums as well as further FCC rule announcements most likely
at WCAI in what will be some mighty hot boulabaise in New Orleans as
FON, NXLK, WCOM spice up the order flow to hungry new and old order
takers.
