I would really appreciate getting you comments on the stock and possible future private placements. And by that I mean a little more 'meat' and a little less 'hype'.

OT: Robert, just curious.... what would happen if in the following weeks someone announced a fuel cell that puts Ballards PEM's to shame (I am presuming that you a are aware that Ballard is presently at a critical stage in the the development of said cell)? Would the deal with Power still go through or would the stock suffer?
