Keith,
Could you please tell me what you mean by upcoming stock transaction? I am brand new to following Quantum, but I have heard that they are going to spin off part of their company (as a separate offering?) Is that it? If so, what is the general consensus about the new stock (if there will be any) and the main company itself? Thanks

P.S. I apologize if you guys on this thread have already discussed this; if you have, please direct me to the post numbers so I can read about it.
