They (TCI) have been laying fiber and have been getting aggressive on the advertising of digital services. Just recently I got @Home service installed. One other note is that US West has dropped their DSL (256K Service) line price down to $30 a month but one still has to go through a lot of crap to get DSL. When you call up US Worst to order a DSL line they have to see if they can "qualify" your existing analog line, no guarantees whatsoever of getting the service no matter where you live! They got cable in a wide part of my city now and if you can get the cable into your house you have access! For home users cable is obviously the way to go and there is no comparison between my brothers DSL line and my cable, my connection is tremendously faster!
