You and other ardent bulls on this thread would like to have all people with critical views of TSIG finances shut up, and when rational argument do not work, you resort to offensive language, not particularly smart. On the contrary, there are those (myself included) who have had questions and have appreciated any & all civil exchange on that subject. It is hugely disconcerting to learn that, by your own admission, you have offered "analysis" without reading the appropriate documents. I believe that is the "point of contention" with your posts. (and I don't recall seeing Ztect use "offensive language")
