Ellen, it is tiring to repeat the same thing 10 times, and that will be the last on this issue. I read the document attached to the 10K, I did not find a ceiling, I do not know if there is another document (typically filed as an 8-K) with more details on that transaction. Period. This thread believed for a long time that the absence of Form 4 filing was proof that there was no inside selling, the count of the number of shares now owned by Gordon and the number of shares he owned in the past showed that despite the lack of filing of specific documents (like Form 4), insider sales occurred. I have the same skepticism about the lack of ceiling in the debt instrument filed with the 10K, if a form 8-k was filed, that skepticism would be reduced. That is all.
Now, if I started this post with "cool it off Ellioshka", or "Babe, get of my case and get on your soap box", you may, and rightfully so, not appreciate it, that is why I did not use such terms.
