Thread: I've been an onlooker for a few days now. Why not show on the thread actual trading of an actual purchase and strategy. It seems to me that between the players and novices there is some confusion. So just post the trade exactly as you bought it and why. An explanation would be forthcoming so that everyone can understand each others thoughts. When you make a buy, you have a reason. And what you buy and how and when you enter and exit is VERY IMPORTANT. Do the trade Herm and Steve. You two have the knowledge and seem willing to demonstrate the right way to buy and sell options. I am very interested in this thread and the serious way you approach buying options. I 'd like to point out here that in almost every case in the last 2-3 weeks when earnings were announced by top Co's they rallied for 1 day and then got killed. Under current market conditions I would be very careful with your $$$$. Don't forget thread stop loss orders do protect you from total destruction. Hey I love the options market and I like people willing to share info for fun and profit. Keep you powder dry. Thanks Jerry. Remember the old cilche: Buy on the rumor and SELL ON THE NEWS. Never before at these lofty heights has this been more prudent.
