If in fact Jeff B. has been secretly hedging his stock, is he liable for share holder suits ? And would that account for a lot of extra shares in the market that simply do not allow a new high to last beyond an hour or so ? I am still puzzled by the speed of the collapse from 220, and how it caught everyone (except one) by surprise.
