Jan,

>> It's a nice Sunday and why don't we collectively put our heads together and figure out who owns what!?

There are some things we cannot know. How many bonds already converted. Whether insiders have hedged by selling short through MS.

But I don't know why the Barrons article is causing such a fuss here. Glenn has said the same things for months. Writing them in Barrons does not make them any less true. So what's the big deal ? I do feel however, that amzn sill has some surprises to the up-side. Maybe the biggest positive factor will be that the bonds are all converted, and Amazon has $1.4 B in the treasury, and can finance their expansion without worry about interest or debt re-payment.
