I'd buy the stock between 50 cents and 75 cents because they could probably get $10 million for the product, and with just under 10m shares outstanding, I could make a good 50-100% on the stock (at a $1-1.25 buyout).

Now in regards to Mr. Jacobs' claims that the field trials are complete, what would it hurt for you to pick up the phone and call the sites. See my last posting for contact names, that is if you're not afraid to face reality. I like the product, but not the management. If this company takes the product to market, they won't be selling it in any decent quantity for a couple of years.

By the way, I currently hold zero shares and do not have a short position. However, if the stock falls back to 50 cents, I'll accumulate a small position.
