This can be a good thing... This suit has obviously been pending for awhile...but nobody wanted stock before. Now they want stock for settlement. Check out how many small companies have lawsuits and claims against them that pop up out of nowhere right before the company is ready to take off. Nobody will touch paper unless they think there is something big coming. JMO spiney
