With all due respect I suggest you think before you post

I'd buy the stock between 50 cents and 75 cents because they could probably get $10 million for the product

I'm sure you mean 10 million for the following patents and not the product itself:

Device : F.A.S.T. 1 Intaosseous Infusion System

Initial Patent (5/17/94)
patents.uspto.gov

Additional Patent Protection (10/6/98)
patents.uspto.gov.

* Pyng medical received vital additional patent protection from the US Patent Office for the FAST 1 Intraosseous Infusion System. The coverage is in addition to patents and trademarks already owned by Pyng Medical on Intraosseous Infusion.

and with just under 10m shares outstanding, I could make a good 50-100% on the stock (at a $1-1.25 buyout)

Since management holds more than half of the shares outstanding, I doubt we will be seeing a buyout at $1-1.25.

Now if Pyng Tech Corp has a 90 % interest in Pyng medical, the beneficiary of the abovementioned patents, the other 10% being held by BPI Industries, and Pyng Tech Corp's management holds approx 50% of the outstanding shares, wouldn't it be impossible to see a hostile take-over? Worse comes to worse, the attempt would result in a 45% changing hands. The only thing that would prevent is the adoption of any type of special resolution needed for specific circumstances.

Now in regards to Mr. Jacobs' claims that the field trials are complete, what would it hurt for you to pick up the phone and call the sites. See my last posting for contact names, that is if you're not afraid to face reality.

Do you have trouble reading???????

Moreover, you will also note that I recently decided to significantly reduce my holding in PYT for specific reasons, your post regarding the field trials being one of those reasons (lack of confidence in management).

Now, if you want to get in a pissing match, I'll be more than happy to counter any of your 'so so' called arguments! It's in my nature...

However, if the stock falls back to 50 cents, I'll accumulate a small position.

Didn't you initially state you would buy between 50-75? There is a 50% profit margin between 50 and 75.

I just noticed you posted the following:

I don't own the stock, but I'd like to, as I feel it is a good long term investment. But I feel it is overpriced, and I thought the public should know that. If it falls back below $1, I'll accumulate.

At least try to be consistent with your statements!

You might want to think twice before leaving your OTC for the big boards.

Good luck in your investment decisions!
