John,
It's kinda like TA lite. The principals are sound. I tried to do it on the computer, but you can't use EPS in a formula. Ex. EPS/RS. Since your using high EPS, RS, stocks making new highs, you should be able to grab some good moves, but it's like anything else, you can always pick the wrong ones.
