The Investors Business Daily had very positive article about PCNTF on May 27th. (section A) written by Matthew Benjamin. IBD web site is investors.com Don't know whether you can access articles thru their site if you're not a subscriber. Basically article says They're acquiring an Australian-based ISP; looking to acquire others in asian market and that PacNet is the ONLY Pan-Asian ISP. All the others in asian countries focus on their own countries... Competition from US is coming (AOL has partnership with China Internet Corp; MCI and British Telecom also entering..)..but, article says, "there are a lot of difficulties in Asia for American companies" (Bear Stearns analyst Daniel Widdicombe). Article also says that PacNet could benefit from adding content to their basic, access service -- to build revenue and customer loyalty. An Internet company with actual profits. (30 cents/sh expected 1999) I hope to see the stock price back up where it was...
